Surprisingly for the unabashedly tacky reality TV star, the name the couple chose is pretty tame. Lorenzo Dominic LaValle. Lorenzo is the Italian form of Laurence, which is an Old Roman name identifying a man from Laurentum (an ancient city near Rome that some historians consider the first capital of the Latins).
